On February 29th, DIGI-TEXX was honored to welcome more than 50 MBA Program students and faculty members from Penn State Smeal College of Business – one of the best research universities in the United States and recognized worldwide.

We were honored and delighted to welcome such esteemed Penn State MBA Program candidates and faculty members to our offices.
This visit provided them with real-world experiences:

Made a warm welcome speech with a general introduction delivered by our DIGI-TEXX hosts. We briefly introduced the overview, the development & achievements as well as the services and solutions provided.
The presentation was informative and engaging, providing participants with a solid understanding of DIGI-TEXX and the BPO industry.
The Experiences Beyond Lecture Halls
After the general introduction section, we started the company tour with guidelines from our host. During their time at DIGI-TEXX, the Penn State students and faculty members were given first-hand exposure to the inner workings of our operations, working environments, culture, and people.
But that’s not all, as the final part of the visit, our hosts shared valuable insights into our innovative practices in data processing. The discussion was extremely lively as students continuously raised questions about the BPO industry in general and services at DIGI-TEXX in particular.
From leveraging cutting-edge technologies to implementing robust security measures, we demonstrated our dedication to efficiency and client data protection.
These discussions provided Penn State’s students and faculty members with valuable perspectives on industry best practices.
