DIGI-TEXX’s client is a major European multinational retail chain specializing in consumer electronics. We provide data preparation services for this client, which uses the SAP system – an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.

Our client needs clean, accurate, and accessible data to ensure proper data management in the SAP system, make informed decisions, and optimize operations.

Project Scope
Deliver data preparation service for the client’s data and upload it to their current system. The project processes three main scopes:
- Product data preparation: Standardize product information (product descriptions, images, pricing, inventory levels, etc.) from raw data provided by the suppliers.
- Order inquiry preparation: Process relevant information in order inquiries (order numbers, customer details, shipping addresses, order history, and delivery dates) to enhance data consistency for the purchasing team.
- Delivery requests preparation: Prepare information in delivery requests from various sources (online store, point-of-sale systems, customer service inquiries, etc.) into a unified format.
