We were honored to host a distinguished delegation from the Civil Registration and Residency Service Agency (CRRSA) and the Innovation and Technology Development Bureau of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Their visit focused on exploring innovative solutions to modernize the city’s long-standing family and resident records management, which is currently reliant on paper-based systems.
CRRSA, recognizing the limitations of its current approach, is actively seeking to modernize its operations. This transformative journey aims to enhance efficiency, improve data accuracy, and ensure secure and accessible records for all citizens.
