Users can now scan documents, extract metadata, perform a quality check and upload captured images plus metadata to the back-office operating center and third-party service providers for further processing.

The Upfront Scanning solution is built for Customer Service (CS) at branches to process documents and take appropriate actions related to POS/Claims/NB departments to be faster and easier.

  • Scan and process additional documents (health report, change information request form, Claim payment letter, etc)
  • Metadata and scanned images will be securely transferred from branches to the Insurance company’s system through DIGI-TEXX’s microservices for further processing.
