On 23rd and 24th May, DIGI-TEXX Vietnam was honored to be a part of The Mekong Delta Digital Transformation and Innovation Startup Week 2024 – organized by the People’s Committee of Hau Giang Province in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA).
The Need to Accelerate Digital Transformation In Hau Giang
In the event’s opening ceremony, Dong Van Thanh, Chairman of Hau Giang Provincial People’s Committee highlighted the importance of building a digital government as one of the three breakthrough goals for the 2020–2025 period.
Nguyen Huu Hanh – Director of the National Digital Transformation Department (Ministry of Information and Communications) emphasized that Hau Giang province has achieved preliminary achievements in the digital transformation journey. However, in the next stage, the province needs to promote digital transformation activities in the province to achieve the pre-defined goals.
Continuing with the discussion Nguyen Thi Diep – CEO of DIGI-TEXX, emphasized the importance of Data and Document Digitization to promote economic and social development in Hau Giang Province as well as the Mekong Delta region.
She quoted the Prime Minister’s Decision 749/QĐ-TT approving the ‘National Digital Transformation Program through 2025, with orientations toward 2030’: ‘Standardize and digitize the process for handling applications by electronic forms and reports; increase digital electronic documents between state agencies, socio-political organizations…’
DIGI-TEXX Digitization Solutions To Facilitate Digital Transformation In Hau Giang
To support the province in accomplishing the goals outlined in Decision 749/QĐ-TT, Diep shared a demonstration of DIGI-TEXX’s digital solutions with 3 main components: DIGI-SCAN, DIGI-XTRACT, and DIGI-DMS. These solutions streamline the government’s digital transformation journey, especially in public administration. With the cutting-edge technologies applied, we ensure a smooth transition to secure, searchable electronic documents.
Additionally, the CEO also provided the audience with insightful recommendations on digitization. With 21 years of expertise in handling document processing and data standardization for international clients, DIGI-TEXX has become a knowledge hub. We are pleased to share our valuable knowledge and offer consultancy support to businesses, assisting in efficiently utilizing their data for better decision-making direction.
During the panel discussion, the participants highly valued the flexibility of DIGI-TEXX solutions. Instead of deploying a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach, businesses can choose the components that best fit their unique requirements.
