DIGI-TEXX recently had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation of students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) and China Medical University (CMU) for a company tour and knowledge-sharing session. The visit provided a valuable opportunity to connect with the younger generation, offering students real-world exposure while also promoting meaningful values and a shared vision of community-focused, sustainable development.
During the visit, DIGI-TEXX representatives provided an overview of the company and showcased the advanced technologies being applied across various projects. We also introduced DIGI-CONNECT, a meaningful social initiative aimed at providing flexible employment opportunities for individuals in special circumstances, such as women managing household responsibilities, people with disabilities, and students.
DIGI-CONNECT is more than just a job-creation program. It serves as a bridge that empowers individuals to gradually build digital skills, access modern work environments, and improve their overall quality of life.
Following the presentation, the students were guided through various departments of the company, where they observed the project operations, as well as experienced the working model implemented with collaborators in the DIGI-CONNECT program.
In addition, students also listened to the sharing about the development path after participating in the program. DIGI-TEXX is always ready to create conditions for potential collaborators to continue to accompany the company in suitable full-time positions, opening up long-term development opportunities in a professional and sustainable working environment.
