On 27 August 2026, DIGI-TEXX welcomed more than 35 industry leaders and professionals to our Headquarters for the “Securing Operations the ISO 27001 Way” Workshop & Site Visit, organized in collaboration with the German Business Association (GBA) and TÜV Rheinland.
We were honored to have opening remarks by Mr. Dirk Arend, Vice Chairman of the German Business Association (GBA); Ms. Stella Severgran, CEO of DIGI-TEXX Vietnam; and Ms. Trinh Nguyen, Ares Sales Manager of TÜV Rheinland.

The session explored how organizations can strengthen data security, manage compliance requirements, and build more resilient operations by bringing ISO 27001 principles into everyday business practices.

The knowledge-sharing session began with valuable insights from Mr. Trung Nguyen Thanh, Lead Auditor at TÜV Rheinland, on the latest ISO 27001 updates and how the framework can help organizations address real-world compliance and security challenges.
The conversation then expanded across Operations, Technology, and Governance & Compliance with DIGI-TEXX speakers Mr. Huy Trinh Dinh, Ms. Kashish Sanjeev Bhambi, and Ms. Diep Nguyen Thi.
Together, the speakers explored key topics including:
- Business continuity and resilience
- ISO 27001 implementation
- Governance and compliance
- IT controls and operational risk

One takeaway stood out throughout the session: information security is a business responsibility, not only an IT responsibility.
Business leaders and managers have an important role in identifying operational risks, maintaining business continuity, and embedding security into everyday processes. At the same time, IT serves as an enabler, providing the technical controls and solutions needed to support these efforts.
Following the discussions, participants toured DIGI-TEXX’s operational areas, including our secure working environments and document processing projects, to see how information security and data protection measures are incorporated into daily activities. The visit continued at the TÜV Rheinland Lab, offering another perspective on security practices within a testing environment.

The afternoon also created space for open Q&A, networking, and experience sharing among participants.

DIGI-TEXX sincerely thanks GBA, TÜV Rheinland, our speakers, and all participants for contributing to an engaging exchange on building more secure and resilient operations
