On November 4th, DIGI-TEXX had the distinct privilege of welcoming 20 executive participants from the Executive Global Master’s in Management (EGMiM) Class of 2027 at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to our headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City.
As a world leader in social science education and research with a student body representing over 140 countries, LSE is renowned for fostering global business leaders. Its prestigious EGMiM programme brings together experienced executives across diverse industries to examine strategy, leadership, and operational excellence within a complex global market.

Hosting this international cohort provided a valuable platform for exchanging insights on technology adoption, workforce evolution, and sustainable business practices in emerging markets.
Exploring Practical AI Integration in Global Operations
During the visit, the LSE delegation gained an inside look at how DIGI-TEXX leverages cutting-edge technology and Artificial Intelligence across its core business operations.

Rather than viewing AI as a distant future concept, our teams demonstrated how smart automation and proprietary AI tools are actively deployed today to solve real-world operational challenges. By integrating technology directly into business process outsourcing (BPO) workflows, DIGI-TEXX delivers high-volume data processing with enhanced accuracy, faster delivery times, and measurable productivity gains for global clients. The discussion highlighted how operational excellence in the modern era relies on seamlessly pairing intelligent software with robust quality assurance frameworks.
Preparing the Workforce for the Future of Work
A central theme of the session was workforce transformation. As automation and machine learning reshape traditional industries, business leaders face the critical challenge of keeping human talent at the center of innovation.

DIGI-TEXX shared its strategic approach to upskilling and workforce readiness. Rather than replacing human oversight, technology is used to augment human capability. We discussed our ongoing initiatives to train team members to work alongside AI tools—transitioning employees from repetitive manual tasks to higher-value roles involving data verification, exception handling, and process oversight. This hybrid model ensures our talent remains adaptable, competitive, and prepared for the evolving demands of the global digital economy.
Empowering Rural Communities Through DIGI-CONNECT
Beyond technology and operational strategy, the delegation explored DIGI-TEXX’s commitment to driving positive societal change through our social impact initiative, DIGI-CONNECT.
In emerging economies like Vietnam, access to digital skill training and high-tech career opportunities is often concentrated in major urban hubs. DIGI-CONNECT bridges this gap by bringing digital skills development and sustainable BPO career opportunities directly to underserved rural communities across Vietnam. By decentralizing job opportunities and investing in local talent, DIGI-TEXX helps create long-term economic stability while building an inclusive digital workforce.
The LSE cohort expressed strong interest in how modern businesses can balance profitability and scale with meaningful corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives that lift up local communities.
Driving Global Management Insights
The executive exchange between the LSE EGMiM cohort and the DIGI-TEXX leadership team served as a powerful reminder of the value of cross-border knowledge sharing. Connecting academic leadership principles with ground-level operational realities in Southeast Asia sparks new ideas for addressing business challenges.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the LSE EGMiM Class of 2027 and faculty for their engaging presence, thoughtful questions, and valuable perspectives. DIGI-TEXX remains dedicated to fostering international partnerships, advancing AI-driven operational excellence, and creating sustainable social impact across Vietnam and beyond.
