On the morning of May 13, 2025, as part of the working visit to ISC Hau Giang – Innovation Services Center (Vi Tan Commune, Vi Thanh City), the delegation from the Ministry of Science and Technology, led by Deputy Minister Bui Hoang Phuong, visited and learned about the operations of several outstanding IT and BPO enterprises in the area.
As one of the exemplary units, DIGI-TEXX Hau Giang was honored to welcome the delegation along with provincial leaders, including Mr. Dong Van Thanh – Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, and Mr. Tran Chi Hung – Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.
Experiencing the BPO and Digital Services at DIGI-TEXX Hau Giang
During the visit, DIGI-TEXX VIETNAM representatives shared an overview of the company, especially focusing on the operational model at the Hau Giang branch.
The delegation was introduced to key services such as Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), intelligent document digitization and data processing solutions, Digital Management System (DMS), as well as the application of OCR and AI technologies in data extraction.
Beyond exchanging information, the visitors had the opportunity to tour operational departments firsthand, where projects are executed following standardized processes and modern technology.
The operational activities at DIGI-TEXX were presented in detail, helping everyone better understand how the company implements BPO services combined with digital transformation, from data intake and processing to digital document management.
