On 14/05, DIGI-TEXX warmly welcomed a delegation of about 35 members from Temasek Polytechnic, a polytechnic institution specializing in technology education in Singapore. The group included enthusiastic students and dedicated lecturers aiming to gain deeper insights into digital technology and the operational processes of IT and BPO companies.
The tour began with a comprehensive introduction to DIGI-TEXX, where company representatives shared the journey of growth, the core mission, and key projects currently underway in the IT and BPO companies. Through this insightful presentation, the students gained a deeper and broader understanding of how the business operates and the pivotal role technology plays in driving operational efficiency.
Next, the students were guided on a tour of DIGI-TEXX’s office, where they had the chance not only to observe but also to engage in direct conversations with the operational managers overseeing each project.
During these exchanges, the students raised insightful and practical questions about DIGI-TEXX’s current projects and how technology and management processes are applied to deliver optimal results for clients.
