DIGI-TEXX VIETNAM was honored to welcome faculty members from the Vietnamese–German University (VGU) for a professional visit aimed at strengthening university–industry collaboration and enhancing mutual understanding of AI training practices in today’s business environment.
The VGU Consortium is an academic network of 30+ leading German universities, including top technical universities and renowned universities of applied sciences.
This strong academic foundation is what supports the Vietnamese–German University. With the backing of the VGU Consortium, VGU delivers programs that reflect the quality assurance, teaching methodology, and academic excellence of Germany’s elite universities – right in Vietnam.
The visit reflects DIGI-TEXX’s continued commitment to fostering meaningful partnerships with academic institutions and contributing to the sustainable development of education and industry.
Exploring DIGI-TEXX Operations and Digital Solutions
The visit began with a warm welcome from DIGI-TEXX representatives, followed by an overview of the company’s background, mission, and core values. During the session, DIGI-TEXX introduced our expertise in BPO and digital services, as well as our role in supporting global clients through technology-driven solutions.
This introduction provided valuable insights into how digital transformation is being implemented in real business operations.
During the visit, the VGU faculty members had the opportunity to tour DIGI-TEXX’s operational areas and gain a closer look at the company’s operating processes, quality standards, and technology applications.
The production operation tour highlighted:
- Data processing and digital service workflows
- The integration of technology and human expertise
- DIGI-TEXX’s professional working environment and corporate culture
